3.2 Zadatak 9. Koji je jezik teži/lakši?

Based on your own opinion, write what language is easier (lakši) or harder (teži). When you are done, talk with your classmate to see how much you agree with each other. Follow the example (there are two possible ways to express your opinion):

Mislim da je hrvatski jezik lakši nego kineski.

Mislim da je kineski jezik teži nego hrvatski.

3.2 Zadatak 10. Poznati sportaši

Look at the list of famous athletes and write where they are from by using a possessive adjective. You might need to do an online search in order to find out what country they represent and what sport they play. Do your search in the target language. The first one is done for you.

Talk with your classmates in order to find out what type of sports they like to play, or what other type of interest they have?

Talk with your classmate. Help Laura make a playlist for dinner. What should she include on her playlist? Come up with a list of singers/music groups that you like and would include on your list. Na primjer: Lady Gaga – to je američka pjevačica. / Adele – to je engleska/britanska pjevačica.

3.2 Zadatak 13. Prijatelj i njegova obitelj

Come up with at least 10 questions for your classmate. Be sure to cover family members, their professions, interests, national food they like, languages they speak, sports interests, and any other element you can think of (that we have covered so far). When you have your questions ready, interview one of your classmates. Make notes next to your questions about what they say.

At the very end of this class session, create a discussion with your classmates and answer the following question in English. How did you understand the following excerpt from the dialogue? What can you tell us about cultural implications in these sentences (Laura’s and Sandra’s perspective)?
