| Verbs
Let’s look at some verbs and vocabulary that can be useful when expressing what you like to do during festivities. All the verbs below will be combined with the verb “to like” – for example, “I like to [read].” At this point we are combining these verbs with “to like” just so we can keep their infinitive form. The reason for this is because most of the verbs below will not follow the conjugation pattern that you know so far. We will come back to these verbs in the future, but for now let’s learn their infinitive forms. Below are two verbs that you know how to conjugate already (they are regular -ati verbs).

Below are three verbs we are learning in their infinitive forms (a bit different conjugation pattern).

As you can see, all the verbs will have a direct object noun in the Accusative case.
